Duct and Vent Cleaning

According to EPA a buildup for less than half an inch of dirt on a heating or cooling coil can decrease efficiency by 21% indoor air has been found to be up to 70% more polluted than outdoor air. Dirty duct systems are a major source of indoor air pollution. Airborne contaminants are pulled into the ducts every time the heating and cooling system runs over time these contaminants build up inside the ductwork creating an ideal breathing ground for mold, bacteria, dust mites, fungus and other microbes. Cleaning the ducts relieves problems from Allergies, Asthma, Headaches, Odors, sneezing, sinus congestions , Respiratory Infections etch…

Dryer maintenance

Disassemble, inspect & clean as per Fire Marshall’s directed maintenance and manufacturer requirements. Remove Dryer drum from the dryer and clean all lint inside the drum. Clean the inside of the dryer (electrical wires and lint box). Clean dryer screen door & cabinet. Test Dryer after completing the work to ensure the dryer is working.

Remove the dryer fan motor, clean and lubricate the motor. Clean the dryer duct, exhaust fan motor and exterior grill using reverse blowing spinning skipper balls. Clean fan motor housing and fan blades. Full re-installation of support screws, rebalance of fan rotation, arm-bearing inspection. Adjust interior dampers and balance airflow by setting fan motor speed. Test and record operation of auxiliary exhaust booster fan and verify positive airflow.

Fan coil maintenance

Install drop cloths and dust containment screens around the area of work. Install a protective screen around the fan coil to prevent scratch and drywall paint damage during insulation replacement. Install a high suction vacuum with HEPA filter to remove all dust and fiberglass particles with mold from the air.

Disconnect water and power from the fan coil and isolate from building wide services.

Inspect existing actuator, thermostat, cartridge valve and drip pan to ensure they are all working as required. Our technicians will replace and repair any items that are found to be faulty. Our team will inspect the drip pan for rust to leaks from happening in the future

Install new air filters and clean the area of work. Sanitize the area of work to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
